Could municipal power be cheaper than DTE?

        Ann Arbor has decided to budget $1 billion over the next 10 years for the A2Zero plan. Do you think the plan includes financial concessions to DTE?

          Here is an example of a House of Worship in Ann Arbor that employed a financing plan so their solar installation would pay for itself. A good plan for municipal power should include integration with local microgrids.
