How might the city of Ann Arbor municipal power work in conjunction with microgrids and real community owned solar?
In California People Power Solar is community led, community financed and community owned. Think about this in contrast to what DTE is calling community solar, which is “Community” is name only. The city of Ann Arbor is planning to give DTE millions of dollars for them to own it.
